  Such a waste of money. Went for Churrasco on 27th of Oct - two staff were excellent (younger guy with glasses and shorter bald guy). The skinny lady we went to pay for our meals was so rude regarding a discrepancy in the price of drinks, she refused to listen and was extremely condescending. Food was definitely NOT worth the price, very chewy and cheap. Place was dark and loud. Some of the plates were not brought out and when asked what else we would like...gave our request and the guy never came back. Will never go again. So disappointing.

  E keg lines. 15mi.s later we went to find out what was going on to fund the original beer still on the bar and still no offer of replacement or refund. We asked fir refund and were met with rudeness saying there was nothing wrong with the beer. We agreed but it was not what we asked and paid for. Eventually got a refund and left. Don't mind paying 5 star prices if you get 5 star service but this was just downright rude. Ago

  Went along to check out the decor and bar ambiance. Decor fabulous..service not so. Ordered a Coopers Pale ale on tap and after a couple of sips it clearly. Want the beer we ordered. Took it back and was not offered an alternative but asked to wait while they checked the

  Ate at the Jungle Restaurant. Food was good (lots of meat!) Service was good. Great place for families - big slide that children can enjoy, and large statues(gorillas and elephant).

  Went to a work Xmas do, pizza was late and was pretty average. Jammed in a corner with a loud dj so everyone had to yell at each other. The staff seemed flat out. Maybe we just got them on a off night. Whole place has a plastic Disney feel in a weird multi storied maze that just didn't seem to work as a concept. People with kids might like this Vegas novelty stuff but it's not my thing. Plants and stuff everywhere where we were so it was a wrestle to get to the bar.
