Their excellent business & customer systems along with attention to detail sets Harris apart from many other real estate businesses.

  Do not even want to give 1 star. Poor management, far from politeness. If you want to be disrespected, this is the right place for you. No discussion at all in advance and you will just get informed of decision which has been made without you.

  Do not rent a property managed by Harris Real Estate Kent Town. They are the type of agents that treat all tenants like criminals without rights (what a creative idea - surely that can't catch up with them!). Their agents are inexperienced, inconsiderate and disinterested in anything but brown-nosing the landlord, even if you have been a model tenant. Repair requests if attended to, are poorly done... eventually. Our bond took 6 weeks to be returned after our incompetent agent forgot about us, then made up excuses and changed her story, extracting cleaning fees after claiming on the day of the final inspection that the landlord was satisfied. Think I am a one off malcontent? Just peruse the 1 star reviews below to see a VERY CONSISTENT thread.

  I'd like to put ZERO STARS, after being a long term tenant with impeccable payment history and a glowing reference from the owner. The property manager - Greame was totally disengaged with the whole process during his tenure as property manager. Maintenance requests went unresolved, and the maintenance people he engaged were sub-standard. Paint drips on floors and furniture during a repaint, chipped tiles caused by a plumber not being replaced, the list goes on. It has taken 7 Months to get the bond money back due to their inaction. Again the owners were wonderful to deal with and were very happy during the tenancy, however it seems this property manager shows no respect for tenants
